Conductive PFA Brush (Development Compatible) | Combining Chemical Resistance and Static Prevention

A new material that simultaneously meets chemical resistance, heat resistance, and static prevention. Brush development is possible with conductive PFA.

Until now, there have been antistatic materials such as conductive nylon and conductive acrylic for brush applications, but there were no materials that combined chemical resistance and heat resistance. The newly proposed "conductive PFA" from a fiber manufacturer is a new material that possesses the chemical resistance and heat resistance of PFA, along with conductive properties that suppress static electricity. Although there are currently no threads for brushes available since the raw material has just been released, Kyoshin Giken can collaborate with the fiber manufacturer to support everything from thread prototyping to brush production. This may also open up possibilities for applications that have previously been abandoned due to the lack of fiber materials that meet performance requirements. If you are considering brushes under special conditions, such as equipment handling chemical solutions, transportation lines requiring static electricity countermeasures, or antistatic solutions in high-temperature environments, please consult with us.

Heat-resistant brush (insert type) <Tokyo Brush Co., Ltd.>

This is a hand brush type brush made with heat-resistant materials that excel in durability.

This is a brush made with a fiber called PPS, which has excellent heat resistance. The maximum temperature limit for the bristles is around 180°C. It can be used to clean while still hot on a frying pan. The bristles are strong and effective for removing burnt residue. Although the type shown in the photo is different from the brush type, in the case of the twisted brush type, it did not lose functionality even in hot oil. Additionally, such heat-resistant fibers in a vibrant blue color are rare, and even if the bristles shed, their visibility remains high, making them safe to use in environments like kitchens.

Heat-resistant brush for casting equipment (high-temperature cleaning, made from one piece)

Cleaning is possible at high temperatures. A heat-resistant brush that can quickly remove sand and dust from casting equipment.

In a foundry, sand and dust tend to accumulate around molds and inside equipment, often requiring workers to wait for temperatures to drop before cleaning, which can decrease work efficiency. Kyoshin Giken's heat-resistant brushes can be used for cleaning while still at high temperatures, significantly reducing wasted time waiting for cooling. They can be freely designed from small palm-sized types to custom shapes that fit specific equipment, allowing for pinpoint cleaning in tight spaces or specific areas. The bristle material and shape can be optimized for various applications, and they can be produced from a single unit. - Heat-resistant brushes that can be used for cleaning at high temperatures - Ideal for removing sand, dust, and burrs inside casting equipment - Freely designed to suit various applications, including small and custom shapes - Heat resistance, wear resistance, and cleaning power optimized by bristle material selection - Reduces cooling wait time and improves work efficiency - Capable of reproducing from actual samples - Can be produced from a single unit, making them ideal for replacements and prototypes

Heat-resistant brush for mold maintenance (high-temperature cleaning, made to order from one piece)

Cleaning the mold at high temperatures is possible. Heat-resistant brush made of PPS/Cornex.

In mold maintenance, it is necessary to quickly remove resin residues and dust that remain on the mold after forming. However, due to the high temperature of the mold, it often requires waiting for cooling, which can lead to decreased work efficiency. Kyoshin Giken's heat-resistant brush can clean while the mold is still hot, significantly reducing waiting time for cooling. The bristle materials can be selected according to the application, with PPS rated for 200°C and Koneks rated for 270°C. Optimal specifications can be designed to match the temperature conditions of the mold. Additionally, the brush shape can be freely customized to fit difficult-to-clean areas such as grooves, around pins, and steps, demonstrating high effectiveness for pinpoint cleaning. - Can clean the mold while still hot - Choose bristle material from PPS (200°C) / Koneks (270°C) - Ideal for pinpoint cleaning of grooves, around pins, and steps in the mold - Supports custom designs for irregular brushes to match equipment shapes - Capable of reproducing from actual samples - Can be produced from a single unit, making it ideal for replacements and prototypes

Heat-resistant brush for die casting (high-temperature cleaning, made from one piece)

Cleaning possible at high temperatures. Heat-resistant brush for die casting using PPS/Cornex.

In die casting sites, aluminum powder and release agents tend to accumulate around the mold and spray equipment, making regular cleaning essential. However, due to the high temperatures of the molds and surrounding areas, it is necessary to wait for cooling before cleaning, which can lead to decreased work efficiency and increased setup time. Kyoshin Giken's heat-resistant brush can be used for cleaning while still in a high-temperature state, significantly reducing cooling wait times. The bristle materials can be selected according to application, with PPS rated for 200°C and Corenex rated for 270°C. Both materials offer excellent heat resistance, allowing for optimal specifications designed to match the temperature conditions of die casting molds. Additionally, the brush shape can be freely customized to suit difficult-to-clean areas such as grooves, around pins, and narrow spaces of spray equipment, providing high effectiveness for pinpoint cleaning. - Can clean molds and equipment while still in a high-temperature state - Choose bristle material from PPS (200°C) / Corenex (270°C) - Ideal for removing aluminum powder and release agent accumulation - Supports pinpoint cleaning of grooves, around pins, and narrow spaces of molds - Compatible with custom-shaped brushes, allowing for free design according to equipment shape - Capable of reproducing from physical samples - Can be produced from a single unit, making it ideal for replacements and prototypes
